Augusta University in Georgia is seeking a Clerkship Program Coordinator 2 for our UME program, serving about 50 students yearly. This role partners with campus leadership and Academic Leadership to manage administrative operations.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree with 4 years of admin/educational program experience (or alternative combos described). A background in Elentra and exams is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 4 years professional or administrative experience to include minimum of 2 years educational program experience; OR Associate's degree with 7 years professional or administrative experience to include minimum of 4 years educational program experience; OR High school diploma with 10 years professional or administrative experience to include minimum of 6 years educational program experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and oversee the administrative support functions for the clerkship program coordinator role.
• Maintain Elentra as the informational database system for reporting and curriculum inventory; load schedules and documents; manage evaluations and grade reporting.
• Oversee administration of educational exams (Weekly Quiz, Lab Exams, Module Exams, CBSE); work with Module Director to load questions into ExamSoft; provide exam data to the assessment committee.
• Assist the Associate Dean of Curriculum and Director of Pre-Clerkship with data pulls for tracking information to Academic Affairs.
• Support learning community houses by arranging lunches and activities with the Assistant Dean of Student Affairs.
• Assist with tracking student interest groups, community hours, and research projects.
• Assist with Orientation and special events, and all other duties as assigned.
