Job summary

Sabre Systems LLC is seeking an UMCS APMSE Support Analyst to support the Systems Engineering Department at Patuxent River NAS in Lexington Park, MD. The role emphasizes coordinating meetings, capturing actionable minutes, and ensuring sound engineering processes.

You will manage calendars, develop briefs, track decisions, and support staffing and cross‑government/contractor coordination using tools such as EXOSTAR, FLEX, iTRACK and PLM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or scientific field from an accredited college or university.
• At least three years of recent and relevant experience.
• Experience with Systems Engineering processes and implementation of such processes and events.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and similar toolsets.
• Excellent communication skills and detail oriented.
• Capable of coordinating amongst multiple competencies to achieve a consensus.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Attend and run meetings, capture actionable minutes with detail for follow-up.
• Manage calendars and schedules for the APMSE and DAPMSEs and the engineering team.
• Develop briefs and responses for executive data calls and leadership reviews.
• Provide reports and data to APMSE and DAPMSEs as requested.
• Assist with future year planning, staffing requirements, and vacancy tracking.
• Coordinate and track RIOs from an AS Engineering leadership perspective.
• Support Flight Clearance efforts and tracking in related tools.
• Monitor CDRL deliveries and reviews; manage artifact availability and reviews.
• Coordinate inputs for taskers and draft responses for leadership.
• Maintain Government/Contractor information systems access (EXOSTAR, FLEX, iTRACK, PLM, SharePoint).
• Work with Senior Systems Engineering Support to complete cross-support activities.
