Our client, a global leader in the insurance industry , is seeking an Umbrella Insurance Customer Service Representative to join their team, working onsite, in Fort Washington, PA. This is a 6-Month Contract opportunity, possibility of extension and/or hire on permanently, working within the customer service department supporting clients with their personal lines of insurance needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Umbrella Insurance Customer Service Representative

Location: Fort Washington, Pennsylvania 19034

Pay Range: $27.33/HR + Benefits

Contract Duration: 6-Months

Job Function

  • Assist clients in understanding and selecting umbrella insurance policies tailored to their personal needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to umbrella insurance coverage.
  • Educate clients on the importance and benefits of umbrella insurance as an additional layer of protection.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details in the system.


Required Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance sector.
  • Knowledge of umbrella insurance policies and personal lines of insurance required.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Property and casualty insurance license is preferred but not required.
