Equiliem is seeking a highly skilled Ultrasound Vascular Technologist to join our imaging team in Edison, NJ, with float duties to multiple central region offices. This full-time position involves patient care, scanning, and reporting.

Candidates must be RVT certified with ARDMS in Abdomen, Breast, and OB/GYN, and ARDMS or ARRT in Vascular. At least 2 years of experience and strong communication skills are required. We offer a competitive hourly rate with shift differential where applicable.

Overview

The company is looking for a highly skilled and compassionateFull TimeUltrasound Vascular Technologistto join our dynamic imaging team. In this position, you will play a critical role in patient care and willfloat to ourCentral, NJ Imaging Offices, located in Edison, Maplewood, Warren, Bridgewater, & Bedminster.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Patient Care: Preparing patients for procedures, explaining the process, addressing concerns, and ensuring comfort.
• Scanning Procedures: Applying gel and using a transducer (probe) to capture high-quality diagnostic images of organs, tissues, and blood vessels.
• Equipment Management: Operating, adjusting, and maintaining ultrasound machinery.
• Analysis and Reporting: Evaluating images in real-time, identifying abnormalities, and providing preliminary reports to physicians.
• Documentation: Updating patient records and managing digital imaging files.

Monday - Friday, rotating Saturdays; Various shifts covering multiple offices in our central region

*this position qualifies for float differential pay

In addition to being RVT certified, our Ultrasound Vascular Techs are also required to be certified in Abdomen, Breast, and OB/GYN. Ultrasound Vascular Techs must be certified in RVT and at least one of these areas to qualify.URG will reimburse for educational materials and exams for additional certifications, as well as a bonus once obtained.

*May be required to perform duties in or near areas containing specialized imaging equipment and mustbe able toadhere to all department and facility safety protocols.

Pay Range

From $42/hr

The rate provided is based on industry standards for candidates with 0 - 5 years of experience. Salary determinations will be made based on numerous factors including but not limited to years of experience, education and operational needs
