Job summary

University Radiology has a great opening for a Full-Time Ultrasound Vascular Technologist in Monroe, NJ. You will conduct vascular ultrasound exams, ensure high-quality imaging, and support patient care within a collaborative imaging team.

Qualified candidates must be RVT certified and ARDMS/ARD- or ARRT-certified in vascular sonography, with 2+ years of experience and strong communication skills. The office offers a comprehensive benefits package and paid time off.

Qualifications

University Radiology, the largest provider of subspecialty radiology and teleradiology services in NJ, is comprised of over 200 Board Certified radiologists with advanced U.S.-based training and expertise in all modalities and all subspecialty areas. In operation for more than 60 years, University Radiology staffs, manages and provides preliminary and final subspecialty interpretations and consultative support for hospitals, imaging centers and other medical facilities, and serves as the academic radiology faculty at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Our physicians interpret over 2.1 million radiology procedures per year.

University Radiology has an incredible opportunity for a highly skilled and compassionate Full-Time Ultrasound Vascular Technologist to join our dynamic imaging team and work in our Monroe, NJ Imaging Office. In this position, you will play a critical role in patient care!

Monday-Friday 830am-500pm

Occasional Saturdays 730am-100pm (with a comp day off)

In addition to being RVT certified, our Ultrasound Vascular Techs are also required to be certified in Abdomen, Breast, and OB/GYN. Ultrasound Vascular Techs must be certified in RVT and at least one of these areas to qualify. URG will reimburse for educational materials and exams for additional certifications, as well as a bonus once obtained.

• May be required to perform duties in or near areas containing specialized imaging equipment and must be able to adhere to all department and facility safety protocols.

The rate provided is based on industry standards for candidates with 0 - 5 years of experience. Salary determinations will be made based on numerous factors including but not limited to years of experience, education and operational needs
