UPMC Touchstone Medical Imaging, soon opening in York, Pennsylvania, seeks a full-time Ultrasound Technologist. This role involves providing patient services with no on-call or holiday shifts, Monday to Friday, during daytime hours.

Candidates will join a collaborative team dedicated to delivering high-quality outpatient imaging services. Essential qualifications include ARRT certification and a Pennsylvania license, along with a compassionate approach to patient care.

Qualifications

• Current ARRT certification required.
• Pennsylvania license is essential.
• Graduate of an approved Radiological Technology program.
• Basic proficiency in computer for imaging tasks.

Responsabilités

• Lift and assist patients on/off examination tables.
• Walk, stand, and sit as required throughout the shift.

A joint venture partnership between UPMC and Touchstone Medical Imaging, the nationwide leader in outpatient imaging, offers comprehensive medical imaging in one location.

We're seeking full-time Ultrasound Technologist

Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours. No on-call or holidays

Qualifications:

• Current, valid ARRT certification in your modality


• Pennsylvania license is required


• Graduate of approved program for Radiological Technology


• Basic proficiency with computer monitors, keyboard and mouse for scanning, RIS and PACS use


• Organized, detail oriented, observant


• Calm and effective communicator


• Helpful, patient and sympathetic

• Lifting, moving, positioning and assisting patients on/off examination table


• Walking 25% of shift, standing 50% of shift, sitting 25% of shift
