Job summary

HCA Healthcare in Dallas, TX, seeks an Ultrasound Technologist to join the Physician Services team. This full-time, day-shift role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, on-call, or holiday shifts, prioritizing work-life balance for sonographers.

You will perform ultrasonic diagnostic procedures, schedule patients, prepare exam setups, maintain equipment, and document results while upholding the organization's mission and values.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist or Sonographer.
• Certification in diagnostic ultrasound per state regulations.
• Current ARRT or ARDMS license is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasonic diagnostic procedures as directed by physicians.
• Schedule patients and prepare them for scanning procedures.
• Position patients and select transducers for each exam.
• Conduct scans and adjust settings for optimal focus.
• Maintain documentation, develop images, and record results.
• Maintain ultrasound equipment and report faults.
• Adhere to Code of Conduct and Mission and Values.
