Positions at Spencer Hospital are not affiliated with Avera; however, we collaborate to provide services to the communities we serve. Employment offers, if accepted, are exclusively with Spencer Hospital.**Ideal candidate would be in the surrounding area of Spencer and Spirit Lake with a 30 minute on-call response time for both Spencer Hospital and Lakes Regional Hospital.
