Job summary

ST. CHARLES HEALTH SYSTEM seeks an Ultrasound Technologist to perform ultrasound exams across Radiology, with minimal supervision. You will follow department protocols, contribute to patient safety, and support training of students in a dynamic imaging department.

Required ARDMS/OBMI credentials and BLS/CPR; high school or GED plus registry eligibility. May require travel among northern hospital locations and shift differential applies.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or GED; Registry eligible in an accredited ultrasound training program.
• Preferred: One year of full-time Ultrasound Technologist experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic ultrasound examinations per department policies and protocols.
• Maintains safety and patient care quality per Health and Safety policies.
• Assists in record maintenance and statistics as requested.
• Participates in student training as requested.
• Supports Lean continuous improvement and organizational values.
