Job summary

Lakeview Hospital in Bountiful, Utah, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Ultrasound Technologist PRN to join the dedicated ultrasound team. The role focuses on performing ultrasound procedures and adhering to exam protocols to deliver diagnostic information for physicians.

The candidate should have RDMS and BCLS within 7 days of start date. You will contribute to patient-centered care and may support student technologists as part of the educational mission.

Qualifications

• RDMS required.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 7 days of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of ultrasound procedures and follow exam protocols to provide diagnostic information to the interpreting physician.
• Maintain working knowledge of life-saving techniques and perform under pressure.
• Supervise and introduce ultrasound basics to student technologists as assigned.
• Assess and prepare patient care appropriate to all ages served.
