Job summary

Ogden Regional Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist PRN to join our ultrasound team. You will perform ultrasound procedures, adhere to exam protocols, and support student technologists while delivering patient‑centered care.

Requirements include RDMS and BLS certifications, ultrasound experience, and MFM ultrasound experience. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities within a trusted health system.

Qualifications

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • (RDMS) Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer
  • Ultrasound Experience Required
  • Maternal‑fetal medicine (MFM) ultrasound experience required

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of Ultrasound procedures and follow exam protocols for diagnostic information
  • Maintain knowledge of life‑saving techniques and perform under pressure
  • Introduce ultrasound basics to student technologists
  • Responsible for assessment and care appropriate to all ages of patients served
  • Demonstrate ability to obtain and interpret information based on patient needs

Job Summary and Qualifications

As an Ultrasound Technologist, you will be part of our friendly and compassionate Ultrasound team. We are proud to provide the “care likefamily” mission of the hospital. In this role:

  • You will performa variety of Ultrasound Procedures and be responsible forexam protocols that provide diagnostic information to the interpreting physician.
  • You must have a working knowledge of the life‑saving techniques and be capable of performing well under pressure.
  • You will assume the responsibility for specified examinations and will be responsible forintroducing the basics of ultrasound to the student technologists.
  • You will be responsible for assessment, treatment of careappropriate to all ages of patients served.
  • You will demonstrate your knowledge and skills in obtaining and interpreting information in terms of the patients’needs.
What qualifications you will need:
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
