RadNet, Inc. in Inglewood, CA is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to perform high-quality ultrasound exams, assist radiologists during procedures, and monitor patient well-being in a patient-focused radiology team.

Success requires completing an Ultrasound Technologist program with diploma, passing the SPI exam, maintaining ARDMS certification (or registry eligible), and BLS certification. We offer comprehensive medical/dental/vision, HSA, wellness dollars, 401(k) match, and free imaging

Qualifications

Ultrasound Technologist program with diploma.
SPI exam passed.
Current ARDMS certifications or ARDMS Registry Eligible preferred.
BLS certification.

Responsibilities

Perform high quality ultrasound procedures in accordance with department policies and regulatory requirements.
Assist radiologists with ultrasound-guided biopsies and procedures as needed.
Understand ultrasound data generation methods and operation of instruments.
Monitor patient well-being during exams and respond to discomfort or medical issues.
Safeguard patient information and property, including on-site medications and patient portals.
Maintain professional behavior toward patients and coworkers, respecting boundaries and cultural sensitivities.
Interact diplomatically with patients, families, and the public in a clinical setting.
Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
