Beacon Health System seeks an experienced ultrasound technologist to perform OB/GYN, abdominal, Doppler, and vascular scans with high precision. The role requires radiology training, ARDMS/AIUM certifications, and 2–3 years of advanced ultrasound experience.

You will collaborate with radiologists and physicians to ensure quality patient care. Responsibilities include obtaining patient history, explaining procedures, maintaining sterile technique, and timely reporting.

Competenze

• Graduation from an approved school of radiology technology or ultrasound school.
• ARDMS/ARRT registry or equivalent certification.
• 2–3 years of advanced ultrasound technologist experience; obstetric/high-risk preferred.

Mansioni

• Perform ultrasound scans (OB/GYN, abdominal, Doppler, vascular) per radiologist protocols.
• Obtain clinical history and communicate with referring physicians.
• Explain procedures to patients and families; maintain sterile technique.
• Assess patient condition, provide CPR and emergency support as needed.
• Operate ultrasound transducers and optimize image quality; use digital storage system.
• Prepare reports and coordinate with physicians and nurses.
