Qualifications

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Board eligible for ARDMS.
• Oregon Sonographer license at hire or temporary.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• Within 6 months: ARDMS certification.
• New graduates must be board eligible and obtain ARDMS within 6 months.
• New graduates must have OBMI temporary license and obtain permanent license within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Performs ultrasound examinations per physicians' orders using ultrasound equipment.
• Consider individual patient needs, including age-related considerations.
• Maintain patient-focused, whole-person care in line with Providence values.

Clinical ultrasound proficiency

OBGYN experience

Education

Oregon Sonographer license

ARDMS certification within 6 months

BLS - American Heart Association
