Pay range: $54.85 - $82.28

An Ultrasound Technologist II works with the Medical Imaging leadership and medical director to develop operating policies and procedures. The Technologist II is responsible for performing diagnostic and interventional exams in diagnostic medical sonography or echocardiography, including vascular ultrasound exams, and must have RVT or RVS advanced certification. This role serves as a resource and role model within the department.

Note: To qualify for US Tech II, the technologist must actively perform vascular studies.

This position will primarily provide hospital ultrasound coverage.

Per Diem / Variable Shifts

Qualifications:

• AA/BA/BS degree from an accredited ultrasound or echo program, or completion of a formal military or hospital-based ultrasound training program.
• RDMS or RVS certification from CCI is required, with successful completion of at least one physics registry exam and one specialty exam (e.g., Echo, OB, or abdomen). Annual renewal is required.
• RVT or RVS advanced certification is required.
• Previous hospital and vascular experience is preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred for lead roles.
