Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs routine and some special ultrasound procedures.
• Prepares patients for examinations and assists radiologists as needed.
• Operates and maintains ultrasound equipment; processes images and prints as required.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety of the work area and reports malfunctions.
• May be assigned as instructor or preceptor and provides patient education.
