White Plains Hospital Medical Center is seeking a Radiology MRI Technologist to perform routine and some specialized imaging procedures. You will prepare patients, assist radiologists, operate imaging equipment and ensure quality scans.

Emphasis on patient education and safety in a fast-paced outpatient setting. Responsibilities include case coverage during emergencies, adherence to performance standards, and participation in ongoing education.

Qualifications

• High School required and certificate accredited radiography program.
• ARRT-MR certification.
• New York State Radiology License required on hire.
• IV Certification within 180 days required.
• BLS - American Heart Association within 90 days required.

Responsabilités

• Prepares and positions patients correctly for MRI examinations.
• Assists radiologists during procedures as needed.
• Performs quality assurance and calibrations as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness of areas and equipment.
• Notifies front desk staff upon exam completion.

High School Diploma plus accredited radiography program
