Qualifications

• Completion of an Ultrasound training program
• Eligible to take ARDMS registry examination within 1 year of hire
• BLS certification from American Heart Association upon hire
• 1 year of experience as an ultrasound technologist or ultrasound intern

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of sonographic examinations including OB/GYN, abdominal and small parts
• Assist the radiologist during invasive procedures
• Make clinical judgments using information from referring physicians, medical records, patient interviews and assessments
• Contribute to patient care and workflow in a busy radiology department
