Qualifications

• Successful completion of ultrasound training program and eligible to take ARDMS registry examination.
• Within 1 year of hire: ARDMS national certification.
• Upon hire: BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• 1 year of experience as ultrasound technologist or intern.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of sonographic examinations (OB/GYN, abdominal and small parts).
• Assist radiologist during invasive procedures.
• Make clinical judgments based on referrals, records, patient interview and assessments.
