Job summary

Palmdale Regional Medical Center, part of Universal Health Services, seeks an Ultrasound Technologist to perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures under clinical direction. You will follow patient history, provide high-quality imaging, and ensure safety and protocol adherence in a busy radiology setting.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of x-ray training, are ARDMS eligible, and hold ultrasound tech credentials.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of x-ray training under supervision of a Radiologist preferred.
• Graduate of a school in ultrasound technology and ARDMS eligible.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound procedures to diagnostic standards.
• Ensure patient safety and thorough history collection.
• Transfer images to PACS and verify billing.
• Adhere to ARDMS standards and maintain equipment and cleanliness.
