Job summary

Person Memorial Hospital in Roxboro, NC is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to perform a range of diagnostic ultrasound exams and support physicians in accurate imaging.

The role includes abdominal, obstetric, vascular and other small-parts studies, equipment maintenance, and collaboration with clinical staff while delivering compassionate care across all ages. Full-time, days, 8:00a-4:30p, nonexempt with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Diagnostic Medical Sonography program or School of Radiology required.
• Diagnostic medical sonography experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to learn advanced ultrasound procedures.
• Graduate of an accredited DMS program or ARRT/DMS certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations (abdomen, obstetric, vascular, neonatal, pelvic, breast, testicular, and other small-parts imaging).
• Maintain ultrasound equipment, supplies, and work areas for safe, efficient operations.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff; provide compassionate, age-appropriate care across the lifespan.
