Job summary

Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover, NH seeks an Ultrasound Tech for full-time evenings, 3:00pm-11:30pm with call rotation. The incumbent will operate ultrasound equipment, communicate findings to physicians, and participate in department initiatives. On-site work at the main campus with potential travel to community radiology locations.

Qualifications

• ARDMS required; NH Imaging license preferred.
• 2–3 years ultrasound experience in multiple patient populations.
• Associate degree in diagnostic imaging preferred; certification/diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound exams and acquire diagnostic images.
• Communicate sonographer impressions to interpreting physicians.
• Participate in on-call, holiday, and shift rotations.
• Supervise students and professional staff within the department.
• Maintain safety and quality, and support research initiatives.
