Job summary

Chinese Hospital seeks an Ultrasound Tech to support Radiology across outpatient, inpatient, ER, and bedside exams in a fast-paced community hospital in Chinatown and Daly City.

Responsibilities include performing routine and interventional ultrasound procedures, preparing rooms and equipment, driving QC and troubleshooting, and ensuring patient safety and comfort while coordinating with physicians and staff.

Qualifications

• ARDMS Abdomen or OBGYN required.
• BLS certification required.
• Proficient with MS Office / EMR systems.
• Ability to communicate clearly with patients and staff.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine outpatient, inpatient & ER ultrasound exams including bedside.
• Perform ultrasound procedures in SDS and Surgery departments as needed.
• Perform Ultrasound Interventional Procedures such as biopsies and drainages.
• Cover weekend shifts including days, nights or on-call duties.
• Prepare patient, position and assist during procedures.
• Maintain equipment and perform QC and troubleshooting as needed.
