Roshal Health in Nashville, TN is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to perform ultrasound studies in an ER environment, covering hospital and freestanding facilities. The role requires an ARDMS RDMS certification (Abdominal/OB preferred), at least 1 year of experience, and the ability to work independently.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of ultrasound imaging experience post-graduation.
• ARDMS RDMS certification – RDMS (ideally in Ab or OB).
• Valid Driver’s License.
• BLS/CPR Certification.
• Professionalism and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Pass all health requirements for hospital employment (drug screen, background).
• Comfort level with general abdominal, general OB & general vascular scans/procedures.
• Ability to use mobile phone devices & applications.
• Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and physiology.
• Ability to act calmly in busy or emergency situations.
• Excellent communication in English (in person, by phone, writing).
• Adherence to safety, attendance, punctuality, and appearance standards.

Responsabilidades

• Perform ultrasound diagnostic studies in accordance with accepted protocols.
• Maintain professional demeanor and respond promptly to work-related calls.
• Contact the assigned facility with estimated arrival time and arrive within prescribed timeframe.
• Follow prescribed safety standards in operating equipment.
• Maintain work areas in compliance with client standards.
• Maintain accurate records, reports and files, as directed.
• Document work processes as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
