Job summary

Roshal Health is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist in Smyrna, TN. This role involves performing ultrasound and related imaging studies, primarily in ER settings across hospital and freestanding facilities.

The candidate will join a team focused on patient-centered care and professional development. Requirements include ARDMS RDMS certification (abdomen/OB preferred), 1 year post-graduate experience, CPR/BLS, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ultrasound imaging experience post-graduation.
• Current ARDMS certification – RDMS (ideally in Abdomen or OB)
• Valid Driver’s License
• BLS/CPR Certification
• Professionalism and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Pass all necessary health requirements for hospital employment, including drug screen and background check
• Comfort level with general abdominal, general OB & general vascular scans/procedures.
• Ability to use mobile phone devices & applications

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound diagnostic studies in accordance with accepted protocols.
• Maintain professional demeanor and respond promptly and professionally to all work‑related calls received.
• Contact the assigned facility with estimated arrival time and arrive at the facility within prescribed timeframe.
• Follow prescribed safety standards in operating equipment.
• Maintain work areas in compliance with client’s standards.
• Maintain accurate records, reports and files, as directed.
• Document work processes, as required.
• Perform other duties, as assigned.
