Job summary

Roshal Imaging Services LLC is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist in Smyrna, TN for full-time and PRN shifts. The role involves a diverse range of ultrasound exams, primarily in an ER environment, with focus on patient safety, accuracy, and quality care.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of post-graduate ultrasound experience, ARDMS RDMS certification, BLS/CPR, and strong communication skills. Local travel and hospital settings are common, with full benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ultrasound imaging experience post-graduation.
• Current ARDMS certification – RDMS.
• Valid driver’s license.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• Professionalism and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Ability to pass health requirements including drug screen and background check.
• Comfort with general abdominal, OB, and vascular scans.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound diagnostic studies in accordance with accepted protocols.
• Maintain professional demeanor and respond promptly to work-related calls.
• Contact facility with estimated arrival time and arrive within prescribed timeframe.
• Follow prescribed safety standards in operating equipment.
• Maintain work areas in compliance with client standards.
• Maintain accurate records, reports and files.
• Document work processes as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
