Job summary

Roshal Health in Mansfield, TX is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist (PRN) to perform diagnostic ultrasound studies in ER settings across hospitals and free-standing facilities. Requirements include 1 year post-graduation imaging experience, ARDMS RDMS certification (Ab or OB preferred), valid driver's license, BLS/CPR, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year ultrasound imaging experience post-graduation.
• Current ARDMS certification – RDMS (Abdomen or OB preferred).
• Valid Driver’s License.
• BLS/CPR Certification.
• Professionalism and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Pass all health requirements for hospital employment, including drug screen and background check.
• Comfort with abdominal, OB and general vascular scans.
• Ability to use mobile devices and applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound diagnostic studies per accepted protocols.
• Maintain professional demeanor and respond promptly to work-related calls.
• Contact facility with estimated arrival time and arrive within prescribed timeframe.
• Follow prescribed safety standards in operating equipment.
• Keep work areas compliant with client standards.
• Maintain accurate records, reports and files.
• Document work processes as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
