Job summary

Roshal Imaging Services LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist for PRN coverage. The role involves performing ultrasound studies in an ER environment across hospital and freestanding facilities, with a focus on patient care, safety, and timely communication with care teams.

The position requires 1 year of post-graduate ultrasound experience, ARDMS RDMS certification (OB/Abd), a valid driver’s license, and BLS/CPR.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ultrasound imaging experience post-graduation.
• Current ARDMS certification – RDMS (ideally in Ab or OB).
• Valid Driver’s License.
• BLS/CPR Certification.
• Professionalism and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Pass all necessary health requirements for hospital employment, including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound diagnostic studies in accordance with accepted protocols.
• Maintain professional demeanor and respond promptly and professionally to all work-related calls.
• Contact assigned facility with estimated arrival time and arrive within prescribed timeframe.
• Follow prescribed safety standards in operating equipment.
• Maintain work areas in accordance with client’s standards.
• Maintain accurate records, reports and files as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
