Providence Medford Medical Center in Medford, OR is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist for a per diem daytime shift.

You will perform ultrasound examinations according to physicians’ orders using a range of equipment, while considering patient needs and comfort.

Required qualifications include ARDMS board eligibility, Oregon Sonographer license on hire, BLS, and ARDMS certification within 6 months. New grads may apply with eligibility.

Qualifications

• Education to meet certification/license/registration requirements.
• Board eligible for ARDMS certification.
• Oregon Sonographer license or temporary license on hire with 6 months to permanent.
• National BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• New grads must be board eligible and obtain ARDMS within 6 months.
• New grads must have OBMI temporary license and obtain permanent license within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Performs ultrasound examinations according to physicians' orders using various ultrasound equipment.
• Considers individual patient needs and age-related considerations during procedures.
• Collaborates with the care team to ensure accurate imaging and patient comfort.
