Job summary

Covenant Health's CH Diagnostic Center West is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist for full-time, day shift. You will perform physician-ordered ultrasound exams, ensure image quality, and maintain a safe, compliant lab environment.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, documenting findings, adhering to JCAHO and HIPAA guidelines, and providing patient education. Candidates should have ARDMS/ARRT or CCI licensure and at least three years of ultrasound experience.

Qualifications

• Three years of clinical ultrasound experience.
• ARDMS/ARRT or CCI licensure required; Tennessee state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Performs ultrasound procedures under a licensed practitioner's order for diagnostic interpretation.
• Ensure order is complete and relevant information is captured.
• Conduct patient clinical assessment and document pertinent findings.
• Generate preliminary results for physician review.
• Maintain a safe ultrasound environment and adheres to HIPAA guidelines.
