Job summary

Covenant Health is seeking an Ultrasound Technician for the Cardiac Diagnostics Department at CH Diagnostic Center West in Knoxville. You will use state-of-the-art equipment to support cardiologists in diagnosing congenital, structural, and disease-related cardiac conditions, performing transthoracic, transesophageal, and stress echocardiograms.

Qualifications

• Two years experience as Cardiac Sonographer.
• CCI, ARRT, or ARDMS registry required.
• AHA BLS prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Obtain optimal echocardiographic studies with appropriate techniques.
• Act as liaison between patients, physicians, and staff.
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and imaging areas.
• Ensure patient education and documentation of procedures.
• Support quality improvement and adherence to policies.
