Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health in Greenville, SC seeks an Ultrasound Technologist for St. Francis Downtown. The role performs ultrasound procedures, produces diagnostic images, and ensures compassionate patient care.

You will document findings and support physicians with timely results. Requirements include an AMA ultrasound associates degree, licensure or eligibility (ARDMS/ARRT), BLS, and 1 year ultrasound experience; Epic EHR and PACS experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in ultrasound or AMA allied health program.
• Licensure: ARDMS/ARRT preferred or must obtain within 2 years.
• BLS – AHA preferred, required prior to direct patient care.
• RDMS in Abdomen, Breast, Obstetrics/Gynecology preferred.
• 1 year ultrasound experience preferred, EPIC EHR and PACS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound procedures and produce diagnostic images.
• Document sonographer's impressions and relay findings to physician.
• Maintain patient data confidentiality and quality of data.
• Participate in performance improvement and staff education.
