Job summary

RadNet is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to join our dedicated team delivering high-quality imaging and exceptional patient care. You will perform ultrasound exams, assist radiologists with biopsies, and ensure patient safety and HIPAA compliance while maintaining professional interactions with patients and staff.

Qualified applicants have completed an Ultrasound Technologist program with a diploma, passed the SPI exam, and hold ARDMS certification (or registry eligible) with BLS

Qualifications

• Diploma as Ultrasound Technologist
• SPI exam required
• ARDMS certification or registry eligible preferred
• BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality ultrasound procedures per department policy and regulatory requirements.
• Assist radiologists with ultrasound-guided biopsies and procedures as needed.
• Understand ultrasound data generation and operation of instruments used in clinical exams.
• Monitor patient well-being and respond to discomfort or medical issues.
