Job summary

Providence Swedish Issaquah is seeking an ultrasound technologist to perform a variety of sonographic examinations, including OB/GYN, abdominal and small parts. The role includes assisting the radiologist during invasive procedures and making clinical judgments from patient information and records.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of Ultrasound training program and eligible for ARDMS registry exam.
• Within 1 year of hire, obtain ARDMS National Certification.
• Upon hire, maintain BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• 1 year of experience as an ultrasound technologist or ultrasound intern.

Required Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training:Successful completion of Ultrasound training program --- Education sufficient to meet eligibility requirements to take American Registry of Diagnostic Ultrasonographers (ARDMS) registry examination
• Within 1 year of hire: National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 1 yearexperience as an ultrasound technologist or ultrasound intern
