Job Description:

Provides diagnostic and specialized imaging services in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Supports Radiologists & residents during advanced imaging studies and serves as a resource in their specialized field to colleagues.

Job Duties:

• Demonstrates good leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of human development and ability to work effectively with patients of all ages.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs to assist and move patients.
• Proficient in operating computers for data input and retrieval.
• Maintains BCLS certification as a condition of employment.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program.
• Registered in good standing upon hire or within 12 months with ARDMS or AART.
• RVT or VT certification upon hire or must attain within 12 months.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Credentialed in Abdomen, Breast, OB/GYN, and Neuro.
