Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent with allied health training and two years of ultrasound experience in a clinical setting.
• ARDMS registration required for experienced Sonographer; new graduates must obtain ARDMS within 6 months of hire date.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs abdominal, gallbladder, renal, aorta, and spleen exams for adults, adolescents, and children.
• Performs obstetrical studies including single and multiple gestations; transvaginal and translabial exams.
• Provides support to radiologists and surgeons for biopsies and procedures and reviews cases with radiologists.
