Job summary

Responsibilities

• Operates Ultrasound Imaging equipment to obtain diagnostic images.
• Prepares patient, takes history, and positions for exams.
• Documents exams and provides initial interpretation to Radiologist.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and professional conduct; ensures equipment and room are clean.
• Participates in quality assurance and improvement projects; supports cost containment.
• Be flexible with shift coverage and overtime when needed.
• Assist Radiologist during invasive procedures if required.
