Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an allied health training program.
• ARDMS registration required for experienced Sonographer; new grads must obtain within 6 months of hire date.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Explain exam to adult and to child with adult present.
• Perform complex ultrasound and vascular procedures across age groups.
• Operate ultrasound and related equipment; load film, troubleshoot errors.
• Stock and clean work area; manage RIS entries and scheduling; QA patients in RIS.
• Demonstrate competency with PACS, Teleradiology, and RIS systems.
