Job summary

Sanitas is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to perform diagnostic sonographic imaging and related procedures. You will work with radiologists to obtain high-quality images and provide accurate documentation for interpretation, ensuring patient safety and compliance with healthcare regulations.

The role requires an Associate's degree in echocardiography or related field, and RDMS with BLS certification. Expect collaboration with the radiology team and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in echocardiography or a related field from an accredited program.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in outpatient diagnostic imaging facility or hospital.
• RDMS certification and BLS certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic general and vascular sonographic imaging to assist interpretation.
• Setup and calibrate ultrasound equipment; conduct quality control.
• Analyze images and measurements; document findings for radiologists.
• Communicate results with radiologists; assist in treatment planning.
• Maintain documentation in patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA.
