Job summary

Piedmont Medical Care Corporation in Newnan, GA is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging and invasive procedures. You will provide patient services with imaging modalities and ensure high-quality care across neonatal to geriatric patients.

The role requires AMA/JRCERT-credentialed education, BCLS on hire, and ARDMS registration within 6 months, with optional breast ultrasound licensure via ARRT BS. No prior experience required; growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA approved Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program.
• IAC recognizes equivalent experience if applicable.
• No experience required.
• BCLS (Basic Life Support) must be obtained upon hire.
• ARDMS registration must be obtained within 6 months of employment.
• RVT/RVS/RT(S)/RT(VS) registration within 6 months of employment.
• Breast Ultrasound licensure can be met via ARRT (BS) registration.

Responsibilities

• Operates ultrasound equipment to perform clinical diagnostic ultrasound exams and routine invasive procedures according to established standards.
• Provides patient services using imaging modalities.
• Provides patient care to all age groups including neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric.
