Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs, CA, is seeking an Ultrasound Supervisor to lead the ultrasound team, oversee daily operations and ensure regulatory compliance. The role reports to the Imaging Manager/Director and emphasizes staff development, scheduling, and equipment management.
The right candidate will have RDMS and RVT credentials, a degree in Ultrasound Technology, and a current BLS certification. This day shift position offers a 20k sign-on bonus based on experience.

Desert Regional Medical Center is a 385‑bed acute‑care hospital classified as a stroke receiving center and Level 2 trauma facility with an innovative, patient‑centered and evidence‑based Rehabilitation Services Department. Our compassionate team provides a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services, including acute care rehabilitation, joint replacement & spinal surgery, neurosurgery, ICU, telemetry, step‑down care, skilled nursing, as well as outpatient therapy, hand and lymphedema clinics.
Under the direction of the Diagnostic Imaging Manager/Director, the Ultrasound Supervisor is accountable for direct supervision of all ultrasound technologists and support personnel. This position shall be responsible for supervision, professional development, day‑to‑day operations, scheduling, customer satisfaction, and equipment management to ensure the optimal utilization of all resources. The Ultrasound Lead Technologist also oversees all departmental activities associated with regulatory compliance, safety and accreditation.

20 k sign‑on bonus based on experience.
$42.93 – $66.52 per hour. Individual wages are determined based upon experience and qualifications.
