Job summary

MercyOne Clinton Medical Center is hiring a Sonographer to perform comprehensive ultrasound studies across OB/GYN, abdominal, breast and other related exams. You will support the radiology team, assist in interpretation, and train hospital staff and students.

The role is day shift, full-time, with a sign-on bonus available. Registered ARDMS is required or candidates must be board-eligible and complete registration within one year of hire.

Qualifications

• ARDMS registered or board-eligible within 12 months of hire.
• Maintains active registry status and CME requirements.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire and every 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound exams (OB/GYN, abdominal, breast, small parts) and document results.
• Assist radiologist in interpretation of studies.
• Provide clinical instruction to students and hospital staff.
