• Oversee and teach sonographers, staff, and students in the department.
• Coordinate with leadership to optimize patient flow and scanner utilization.
• Maintain patient safety, confidentiality, and professional conduct.
• Participate in research, QA, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Remain available for on-call and holiday coverage.
