Qualificações

• Five years of radiology experience.
• Licensed radiology technologist.
• ARDMS certification in OB-Gyn, Abdomen, and Vascular.
• BLS certification required.
• Knowledge of HR policies and union processes.
• Ability to lead and motivate staff in a complex setting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise 10–20 sonography staff with 24/7 coverage.
• Participate in hiring, organize workflow, and schedule staff.
• Coordinate daily operations and monitor productivity.
• Support safety programs and quality initiatives.
• Train students and ensure staff engagement with training.
