United Imaging in Houston, TX seeks an Ultrasound Applications Specialist (GI Ultrasound) to serve as the clinical expert and trusted advisor for our ultrasound portfolio, partnering with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional end-to-end clinical experience.

You will drive product adoption, optimize workflows, and ensure customers realize the full value of their ultrasound investment throughout the lifecycle, with opportunities to influence next-generation technologies in

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current ARDMS or CCI certification required.
• Advanced registry in General Imaging required (Abdomen and OB/GYN minimum).
• RVT, MSK, or RDCS certification preferred.
• 3–5 years of clinical ultrasound experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the clinical expert and trusted advisor for United Imaging's ultrasound portfolio, delivering an exceptional end-to-end customer experience throughout the product lifecycle.
• Drive clinical adoption, workflow optimization, and long-term utilization of ultrasound solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assess customer education needs and deliver tailored clinical training that enables users to achieve optimal clinical and operational outcomes.
• Serve as the primary clinical resource for customer inquiries and escalations, ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with internal teams.
• Capture and communicate VOICE OF THE CUSTOMER insights to support continuous product improvement and enhanced customer experience.
