United Imaging - North America is seeking an Ultrasound Applications Specialist (GI Ultrasound) to serve as the clinical expert and trusted advisor for our ultrasound portfolio. You will partner with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional end-to-end clinical experience and drive product adoption throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of clinical sonography experience.
• Experience as Ultrasound Applications Specialist preferred.
• Currently certified in ARDMS/CCI and advanced General Imaging.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive clinical adoption of ultrasound solutions.
• Provide on-site and remote clinical training, education, and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to align customer priorities and business goals.
• Coordinate installations, upgrades, and adoption activities with Customer Support Engineers and Project Management.
• Capture VOC insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
