Day Kimball Health is seeking a Per Diem Ultrasonographer in Putnam, CT to join our Diagnostic Imaging team. The role involves performing abdominal, OB-GYN, vascular, and small parts studies under radiologist direction, with responsibility for equipment setup and patient positioning.
The ideal candidate has ARDMS certification including Physics and registry, CPR certification, and 1–2 years of ultrasound experience. RVT preferred.

Under the direction of the Radiologist, Diagnostic Imaging administration and/or Lead - the Ultrasonographer performs a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgement, ingenuity and initiative in the application of non-ionizing, high frequency ultrasonic waves to patients for diagnosis of disease.
