Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience with UL, CSA, or other product certification and compliance programs.
• Background in manufacturing, product development, testing, or regulatory compliance.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, laboratory, and technical personnel.

Responsibilities

• Manage certification projects related to UL and CSA approvals, ensuring timely completion.
• Handle moderately complex project assignments with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
• Assist Senior Project Leaders with complex certification initiatives and technical reviews.
• Coordinate with Laboratory Supervisors and Technicians to support testing activities and project execution.
• Obtain and maintain UL certification to participate in the Data Submittal Program for UL approvals.
• Obtain and maintain CSA certification to participate in the Category Program for CSA approvals.
• Monitor project timelines, documentation, and certification deliverables.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to regulatory compliance and product certification.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
