Job summary

Lighthouse Care Center of Augusta is seeking a UKG Staffing Coordinator to join the Nursing Team in Augusta, GA. You will manage scheduling for the department, enter and revise data in UKG Workforce, and support efficient staffing aligned with regulatory requirements.

This full-time on-site role requires 1+ year in staff scheduling, strong communication, and a valid driver's license, with competitive benefits within UHS.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to establish an effective scheduling system and report callouts promptly.
• Monitor attendance, hours, FTE, and PRN staffing needs.
• Schedule orientation for new hires with preceptors.
• Present scheduling information during new hire orientation.
• Enter and manage UKG Workday timekeeping data.

The UKG Staffing Coordinator opportunity is a key member of the Lighthouse Nursing Team who will collaborate with management to perform all scheduling needs for the department; ensuring that delivery of an effective, efficient scheduling process is consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Universal Health Services and in accordance with government regulation, licensing and accreditation requirements. The UKG Staffing Coordinator is responsible for comprehensive data entry, management and revisions for nursing employees in the facility's UKG Workforce system which manages schedules, time off, staffing incentives and department transfers.

Job Duties / Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management in establishing an effective system for call-offs, overtime, and reporting callouts; replace and report call-outs in a prompt manner, arranging additional staff as needed
• Monitor staff attendance and punctuality, scheduled staff hours, FTE management, as well as per diem requirements for PRN staff
• Schedule orienting staff with preceptors for new hire orientation
• Present the Schedule Management information during new hire orientation
• Date entry and management of UKG Workday timekeeping system
