Job summary

Lighthouse Care Center of Augusta, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking a UKG Staffing Coordinator to join the Nursing Team. This role coordinates department scheduling and ensures staffing aligns with regulatory requirements.

You will manage UKG Workday timekeeping, handle time-off and transfers, and present schedules during new-hire orientation. The position offers a collaborative environment and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 1+ year experience in staff scheduling.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to perform in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management in establishing an effective system for call-offs, overtime, and reporting callouts; replace and report call-outs in a prompt manner, arranging additional staff as needed.
• Monitor staff attendance and punctuality, scheduled staff hours, FTE management, as well as per diem requirements for PRN staff.
• Schedule orienting staff with preceptors for new hire orientation.
• Present the Schedule Management information during new hire orientation.
• Data entry and management of UKG Workday timekeeping system.
